1. Acceptance
By using Nova SSH services you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Nova for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
2. Permitted use
You may use Nova only on systems you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for commands, transfers, tunnels, shared sessions, stored credentials, and access you grant to teammates. Do not use Nova to gain unauthorized access, disrupt systems, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.
3. Accounts and security
Keep account credentials, invite codes, workspace keys, SSH keys, and recovery material secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify security@novassh.space promptly about suspected compromise.
4. Team roles and collaboration
Workspace owners control membership, roles, encrypted content, and live-terminal sharing. A controller may send commands to a shared terminal. Confirm the identity and role of every participant before sharing a production session.
5. Paid access
Nova Team access is sold for the period and active seat count shown in the invoice. TON prices may change before a new invoice is created. Payment must use the exact address, amount, and unique comment shown by Nova. Payment of a stale, altered, or commentless invoice may require manual recovery. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
6. Updates
Nova may check for signed updates. Installation requires a package that verifies against the public updater key embedded in the installed application. Security or compatibility changes may make older online features unsupported, but local SSH functionality is not intentionally disabled solely to force a purchase.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or blockchain delays may interrupt account, Team, update, or payment functions. Keep independent backups and emergency access methods for critical systems.
8. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using Nova at any time. We may suspend online services for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. We will avoid interfering with local data where technically and legally possible.
10. Changes
Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after notice means acceptance where permitted by law.
